During the 2nd Parenting Policy Symposium, CTMS’ Senior Researcher Jiweon Jun called for the improvement of safety of care workers through incentive programs that focus on refining working conditions and environment for care workers. ▷ Join the conversation Book Review | Sex Work: A Feminist Outlook What goes behind the politics and economics of prostitution and sex work? Written by three British experts in sociology and criminology and translated by Hyun-ah Moon, senior researcher at CTMS, the second edition of “Prostitution: Sex Work, Policy and Politics” offers an insightful introduction to the sociology of prostitution. The book synthesizes the best research on sex workers, their customers, legal issues, youth involvement, migration, and struggles for rights from a micro and macro perspective. ▷ An academic approach to sex work From 'us' to 'we' The proportion of foreigners in Korea's total population has exceeded 4%.
