I graduated from Seoul National University with a major in Economics and a minor in International Relations. After working as a Foreign Service Officer at Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2016 to 2023, I am currently pursuing a combined degree program at Harvard Kennedy School for a Master’s in Public Administration and at UC Berkeley Law School in Law (MPA/JD). I am particularly interested in developing international and domestic policies and legislation that protect the rights of migrants throughout all stages of migration, including transnational movement, settlement, and integration.
